6. Weather & Conditions
Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.
In cases of severe weather or safety risks, Viva Niagara Tours may cancel or reschedule tours. Refunds or rescheduling will be handled according to our Cancellation Policy.
7. Photography & Media
Viva Niagara Tours may take photos or videos during tours for promotional and marketing purposes.
By participating in a tour, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.
