Carlos J Morel, Co-Founder & COO, also your Tour Guide

Hola! I’m Carlos Morel, proudly from Mexico City and happily calling Canada home for many years now. I am the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of our tour company. I moved to St. Catharines, Ontario—just minutes from Niagara Falls—three years ago, and since then I’ve truly become a local. I love sharing the stories, secrets, and beauty of this incredible region with visitors from around the world.

With over a decade of experience in customer care and hospitality, plus a passion for learning new languages, travelling, and exploring history and geography, I’ve found my perfect path as a Tour Guide in Niagara Falls. Guiding isn’t just my job—it’s the career that brings together everything I love: connecting with people, celebrating culture, and showcasing one of the most breathtaking destinations on Earth.

Hector Teja, Co-Founder & CTO

My name is Hector, and I am the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of our Niagara Falls tour company. I bring over 12 years of experience in technology, customer service, and operational support across diverse industries. Throughout my career, I have focused on creating systems and experiences that are not only efficient and secure, but also intuitive and welcoming for customers from all over the world.

In my role as CTO, I oversee the technological foundation of our tours—from online booking platforms and multilingual communication tools to customer support systems that ensure smooth, stress-free experiences for our guests. I believe that great technology should feel invisible: it should simply work, allowing travelers to focus on what truly matters—discovering the natural beauty, history, and culture of Niagara Falls.

Having worked closely with international clients, I understand the importance of clarity, accessibility, and trust when planning a trip. This perspective shapes how we design our services, ensuring they are inclusive, easy to use, and responsive to the needs of visitors from different backgrounds. My commitment is to combine innovation with hospitality, supporting our guides and guests alike so every tour is memorable, safe, and exceptional.
