Cancellation & Refund Policy

Viva Niagara Tours

At Viva Niagara Tours, we understand plans can change. Because our tours are scheduled, time-based experiences with limited capacity, the following cancellation policy applies.

Tours & Experiences

All bookings are for services, not physical goods.

Guest Cancellations

• 48 hours or more before the tour start time
  → Full refund

• 24 to 48 hours before the tour start time
  → 50% refund or full tour credit (valid for 12 months)

• Less than 24 hours before the tour start time
  → No refund

• No-shows or late arrivals (Once a 15‑minute grace period has passed without notice, the service is marked as abandoned).
  → No refund

Once a tour has started, it is considered delivered and no refunds will be issued.

Operator Cancellations

If Viva Niagara Tours must cancel a tour due to:

• Severe weather

• Safety concerns

• Operational reasons

• Minimum guest requirements not met

Guests will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule at no additional cost
